Each year I try to do a little something on St. Patrick’s Day. I like to wear green and cook a little something green or Irish inspired. This year I made these St. Patrick’s Day Pistachio Cupcakes.
As a little kid I had two breakfasts that I would request, egg in a hole and cinnamon toast. Egg in a hole was by far my favorite. I loved toasty warm bread and gooey yolk. Plus I loved saying egg in a hole with extra emphasis on the hole. This Valentines Day I’m going to start my morning off with a Valentine egg in a hole.
This year for Valentine’s Day I’m going to make my sweetie a three course meal of Caprese Salad Skewers, Spinach and Artichoke Penne, and Creme Brulee.
So, with Valentine’s Day coming up I decided to step outside my normal banana repertoire, which consists of plain bananas, bananas with peanut butter and banana bread. I made banana cake balls.
