I really like these Panko Baked Chicken Strips because the panko breadcrumbs are extra crispy. You get all of the texture without the calories of a fried tender.
I love sharing these recipes from the Miss Arkansas Rice Contest. Each of the girls worked very hard to develop their recipes and present them to the judges. I hope that by sharing them with you, they will live on. I know I’ll be making Brooklyn Devazier’s recipe a lot this fall.

Miss Stephanie Palmerin Sanchez made some of the best Mexican style rice I have ever had. She calls it Excelenté Arroz. Stephanie served her rice dish with another favorite of mine, molé.
I’ve simplified my parents’ recipe and can whip up a big pot of Chicken and Dumplings in close to 30 minutes.The moist, yet fluffy, dumplings, creamy broth, tender chicken and veggies will make any day better.
