After all of the running around this Christmas, I am ready for a cozy meal on the couch. This chili came together in about 20 minutes and was the perfect steamy accompaniment to a cozy throw blanket.
I hope each of you are having a fantastic holiday season. Stay safe and enjoy all of the fabulous food this time of year brings to your table.

Christmas is almost here and the holidays are in full swing! I’m sure you are just as busy as I am trying to get everything ready to go. This week I wanted to share the pins I found helpful in my last minute preparations.
My goal this year was to do something small for all the people in my life. Everyone knows I love to cook and I started giving cookies as gifts when I was a kid and my mom helped me bake. This year I want to spread the baking bug and give a little gift from my kitchen: Chocolate Chip Cookies in a Jar.
I saw the first table setting on Pinterest earlier this week and couldn’t stop looking for other table setting ideas. I love the different uses of color. Pastels, classy white and pops of pink make each of these setting styles stand out.
I found this recipe for Holiday Confetti Cake Batter Cookies on Pinterest and made a few modifications to make my own version: Cake Batter Christmas Cookies.
