When it came time to cook dinner yesterday, I was scrambling. I decided to make these Steak Quesadillas because they are flavorful, quick and I already had all the ingredients in my kitchen.
I like a buttery Brie spread on crackers with grapes. It is a classic appetizer around my house. However, since this is Dairy Month and I wanted to branch out and do something different with my Brie. I had heard of simply baking the Brie and decided to give it a try.
It’s Arkansas Beef Month, so it’s time, once again if you haven’t done so already, to start grilling your favorite beef cuts. Of course, kids love burgers, and we love to grill big, thick juicy ones and load them down with our favorite garnishes.
